Summary
Play a vital role in delivering efficient and impactful student wellbeing support, handling a diverse range of tasks to ensure the smooth and dynamic operation of the school. This role will work closely with the Pastoral Leaders to monitor and support student attendance and wellbeing initiatives.

- Start date: Immediate Start
- Work hours: 18 hours per week
- Salary: Level 3 School Officer - $34.17/hr + super (School Salary Scale) (Term Time only school holidays unpaid)

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Providing a wide range of administrative support to the Pastoral leadership team to effectively manage student attendanance and wellbeing inside and outside the classroom
- Responding to enquiries ensuring accurate and relevant information is provided in a timely manner
- Assisting in the development, maintenance and operations of administrative systems and databases, recommending improvements as necessary
- Contact and connect with families and students regarding attendance and wellbeing
- Establishing and maintaining filing and records management systems, including registers and databases, ensuring easy and on-time retrieval of information to track attendance and identify trends and patterns in student attendance
- Engage with students to provide support
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Proficiency in Excel and an understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Providing general administrative support
- Diary management and the scheduling of activities and appointments at a senior level
- Maintaining a variety of administrative systems
- Being responsible for enquiries from a variety of stakeholders and supplying timely information in an engaging way
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
