About the opportunity

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Curriculum Administrator to join our College Admin Team. This role provides executive-level support to the Deputy Principal, Assistant Principals Curriculum, and Curriculum Leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of curriculum-related processes and events.

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Provide general curriculum administrative support including processing of subject changes, AARA application processing, results administration, exam and assessment administration, NAPLAN administration.
  • Administering curriculum systems including QCAA, SRS, and TimeTabler.
  • Coordinating subject changes, student enrolments, and reporting cycles.
  • Supporting curriculum events such as exams, awards nights, and parent interviews.
  • Managing academic data, results uploads, and student reporting.
  • Producing curriculum documents including handbooks and planners.
  • Providing administrative support to curriculum leaders and teaching staff.
  • Assisting with reception duties during peak times or staff absences.

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: 

Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in administration.

  • Experience coordinating events and managing competing priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work autonomously.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Support for the Catholic ethos and strategic vision of the College.
  • For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
