Trinity College is a co-educational Catholic College with an enrolment of over 960 students from Years 7 -12. The College is administered by the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane through the Brisbane Catholic Education Office and is a member of Marist Schools of Australia.

About the opportunity
The key responsibilities for event planning and coordination at Trinity College Beenleigh, include:
- Organising a variety of events
- Promoting them through multiple media channels
- Ensuring all activities adhere to the college's brand and reputation
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing logistics and budgets
- Conducting risk assessments
- Capturing media content
- Bringing innovative ideas to enhance events and promotions
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

- Proficiency with digital tools for marketing, communications, and design (e.g., social media, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism
- Sound understanding of risk management and relevant compliance in the context of school events
- Commitment to the values, ethos, and mission of Trinity College Beenleigh and Catholic education more broadly
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
