Notre Dame College is a new Brisbane Catholic Education College on the Sunshine Coast that opened in 2025. The College provides a high-quality Catholic education for families in the Aura and Caloundra community, catering to students from Prep to Year 12. Located in Aura Stockland, Bells Creek, the College is co-educational and is master planned for 1,836 students when all stages of development are completed. Summary
Help shape the ICT function at Notre Dame College from the very beginning!
This newly created position requires a motivated ICT professional who can build strong foundations, provide expert ICT advice and create a high – performing service culture across the P- 12 College.
As the College continues to develop, so too will the ICT function. We are seeking someone who can grow with the role, take ownership, show initiative, and position themselves as a future leader of the department.

- Salary: $84,621.00 - $103,021.00 + 12.75% Super (School Salary Scale)

About the opportunity
This role will suit someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, bringing order to complexity, and making a visible difference every day.
You will be help craft the ICT department, establish the systems, improve the processes, and set the standard for how ICT supports teaching, learning, staff, students and families.
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Leading the ICT processes to ensure school ICT operations and outcomes are achieved
- Providing strategic ICT advice to stakeholders on the financial implications and budgetary impacts of operational projects, including the identification of risks and future opportunities
- Participating in ICT leadership decisions to improve school efficiencies and develop systems in line with legislative requirements and school policy and procedures
- Promoting and implementing various ICT initiatives, to increase engagement and highlight student pathways
- Fostering strategic partnerships with ICT hardware, software and third-party service vendors to organise warranty and repairs of ICT equipment.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive ICT operations and outcomes
- Expertise in providing strategic ICT advice on financial implications, budgeting, risk identification, and future opportunities
- Experience in contributing to ICT leadership decisions to improve efficiencies and align with policies and regulations
- Ability to promote and implement ICT initiatives
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster strategic partnerships with vendors for ICT equipment warranties and repairs
- Tertiary qualification at Associate Diploma/Diploma level in ICT or related field
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.

- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
