Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail facility, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently!

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring orders are prepared and stored in accordance with procedures and guidelines and managing goods and supplies, including the rotation of stock
- Maintaining adequate stock levels to meet requirements, including the ordering, receiving, storing, and stocktakes
- Organising and being prepared for peak periods throughout the school year
- Coordinating and supporting volunteers and staff in the retail and storage areas
- Providing general administration and office duties relating to the retail space.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Strong knowledge of order preparation, storage procedures, and stock rotation
- Ability to manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, storing, and conducting stocktakes
- Skilled in stock planning and preparing for peak periods throughout the school year
- Experience in coordinating and supporting volunteers and staff in retail and storage areas
- Proficient in handling general administration and office duties related to the retail space
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
