About our school 
Marymount Primary is a co-educational Catholic primary school which caters for over 1000 students and is located on the southern end of the Gold Coast. We are a predominantly 6-stream school which has an inclusive education policy and is situated on the same campus as Marymount College.  

Our aim at Marymount Primary is to provide a warm and caring environment in which parents, staff and students work together to provide a holistic approach to education that encourages personal growth and pastoral care, as well as academic, sporting and arts achievement.   • Salary: $149,763 - $157,120 + super
  • Status: Fixed-term (This is a 5 year appointment with a further 5 offered pending a positive review)

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:

  • Experience as an Assistant Principal, Assistant Principal Religious Education, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, or a senior role providing support and leadership to Catholic schools, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in teaching, and leading the teaching of, religious education.

 

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
  • Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
  • For this position you are required to be Catholic (or a faith partner of one of our ecumenical schools).
