Use your administrative expertise to deliver strategic advice and high-level administrative support, working closely with the leadership team and stakeholders to achieve operational goals across the school.

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the development, maintenance, and operations of relevant systems and administrative resources, and recommending improvements to processes and procedures
- Coordinating general day-to-day administrative tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school
- Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures, and other guideline material relating to administrative operations within the school
- Preparing and maintaining procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration and activities
- Marketing and promoting administrative services, coordinating programs that are responsive to the school’s requirements and current trends
- Providing executive support to the Assistant Principal Pastoral, Assistant Principal Curriculum – Junior and Senior
- Managing calendars
- Organising parent meetings when required
- Assisting with Annual Awards Night preparation as required
- Preparing PowerPoints for assemblies
- Assisting with exam administration
- Assisting with camp administration
- Assisting with formal administration
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Preparing correspondence as required for parents and students
- Assisting with record keeping as required
- Providing operational support and advice to the APs on a diverse range of matters
- Developing and/or administering processes and procedures, and responding to enquiries
- Reviewing and developing local systems and providing recommendations for enhancement
- Monitoring service delivery to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance with government and departmental legislation, directives, policies, and standards
- Promoting service delivery efficiencies and ensuring compliance with governmental and departmental legislation, directives, policies, and standards
- Facilitating work to meet deadlines and commitments and to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
