Summary
As the ICT Engagement Support Officer – Enterprise Systems, you will play a key role in supporting the design, improvement, and adoption of enterprise information systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver training, develop user resources, and provide ongoing support for digital solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating change, enhancing digital literacy, and ensuring technology solutions meet the evolving needs of users across the organisation.

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Support the design, improvement, and maintenance of enterprise systems, including user acceptance testing and process documentation.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to facilitate system adoption and digital literacy.
- Create, update, and maintain user support resources, training materials, and communication for information technology systems.
- Provide ongoing advice and support to users regarding IT systems, learning experiences, and information resources.
- Guide process development and offer expert advice to ensure information systems align with BCE’s vision and stakeholder needs.
- Assist BCE offices and schools with updates, information management tasks, and incident management related to learning and student systems.
- Contribute to product development, enhancement activities, and user testing scenarios to improve technology solutions.
- Promote collaborative relationships with stakeholders, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Providing general advice
- Creating accurate documentation with a high attention to detail
- Stakeholder engagement ensuring information flow in a timely and inclusive manner
- Experience in implementing business process and procedure assessment, optimisation, and improvement within the technology domain
- Ability to facilitate change for end users, including development and delivery of training
- Providing information to a range of internal and external stakeholders in response to direct queries
- Investigating issues and concerns and providing advice and information in line with policy and procedures
- Qualification in education, business, information technology, information systems, or equivalent relevant work experience
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Full registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
