Summary
Showcase your ability as a Senior Advisor – Digital Experience and Innovation, leading analysis‑driven digital and process improvement initiatives that support organisational change. This role is strongly business analysis and discovery focused, working with school administration and office teams to understand needs, analyse current and future state processes, and shape practical, value‑driven digital solutions. You will play a key role in translating complex and often ambiguous demand into clear requirements, recommendations and governance‑ready outputs that support prioritisation and benefits realisation.

- Salary: $137,506 – $152,836 plus super

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Lead business analysis and discovery activities, including stakeholder engagement, problem definition, requirements elicitation and process analysis, to inform digital and operational improvement initiatives
- Analyse current and future state processes, develop process maps, and identify opportunities to improve people, process and technology outcomes
- Provide strategic advice and lead programs of work that influence direction, shape priorities and improve organisational practices and procedures
- Translate complex analysis into clear briefing papers, recommendations, governance submissions and committee papers to support informed decision‑making
- Analyse data and insights to challenge perspectives on complex issues, supporting prioritisation, benefits realisation and delivery of agreed outcomes
- Shape and manage ambiguous demand, working with stakeholders to clarify needs, define scope and align initiatives to strategic priorities
- Build strong internal and external relationships, working in partnership with school‑based teams and leaders to deliver practical, value‑focused outcomes
- Build capability across business areas to strengthen analysis, decision‑making, and continuous improvement practices
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, discovery and translating business needs into clear requirements within complex organisational environments
- Strong capability in process analysis, process mapping, and identifying improvement opportunities across people, process and technology
- Experience providing strategic, evidence‑based advice and developing recommendations for senior leaders and governance forums
- Highly developed analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and competing priorities
- Experience preparing high‑quality briefing papers, reports and committee submissions linked to projects or initiatives you have led
- Proven ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders, supporting prioritisation and benefits realisation
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or experience in a similar role, would be highly regarded but not essential

- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- A current Positive Notice Blue Card for working with children
