Summary
As the Senior Advisor, Engagement and Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation and operational excellence across our schools and office teams. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to overcome operational challenges, uplift people and processes, and ensure the successful adoption of new technologies. Leveraging your expertise in engagement, enablement, and IT strategy, you will design and deliver initiatives that build capability, foster innovation, and support the organisation’s ongoing growth and improvement.

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Provide strategic advice and lead initiatives to shape policy, practices, and operational outcomes in line with BCE’s vision.
- Analyse data to challenge perspectives and recommend solutions for operational and strategic issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, sharing expertise to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with school-based and leadership teams, offering specialist support in digital strategy and technology adoption.
- Enhance operational performance by delivering capability-building programmes and supporting staff to embrace new technologies.
- Design and implement engagement strategies to foster stakeholder commitment to IT initiatives.
- Develop and deliver enablement programmes and materials to support capability uplift and adoption of new systems.
- Create communication plans that clearly outline objectives, outcomes, and benefits of IT projects.
- Monitor engagement effectiveness, manage risks, and report on adoption metrics to inform improvements.
- Champion a positive enablement culture and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Leading a variety of projects to meet operational outcomes.
- Analytical skills to challenge perspectives and recommend solutions
- Conducted high level reviews and investigations linked to organisational performance.
- Ability to design and deliver enablement programmes and communication plans
- Written specialised reports and committee papers on projects you have led.
- Worked with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams in your area of specialty.
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis or related field and/or previous experience in a similar position (highly regarded but not essential)
- Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci) highly regarded
