Summary

Showcase your ability as the Senior IT Engagement Officer, driving organisational change through process improvements. Reporting to the Team Leader – Business Technology Services you will be part of a small dynamic team working across the SuccessFactors solution.

  • Work hours:  Flexible Working | Hybrid working arrangements available 
  • Status: Permanent (Continuing) | Commencing June 2026
  • Salary: $137,560 - $152,836 plus super

About the opportunity

In this position you will:  

  • Provide comprehensive support for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing user requests through the Service Desk, including effective triaging, while ensuring the maintainability of the core product
  • Take responsibility for issue resolution, actively participating in testing any changes initiated by our Vendor Partner
  • Offer support for seamless integration with various solutions, including Payroll and LMS
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide support to the existing project team throughout the implementation process, facilitating a smooth operational handover back to our team

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:   

  • SuccessFactors solution and business process knowledge or multiple HR solutions
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge with SAP and best practices
  • Understanding database design, system configuration etc
  • Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred) Desirable
  • Other Professional SuccessFactors module experience and/or certifications will also be considered (Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, LMS etc.) 
  • Business analysis
  • Product management and release management skills
  • Change management implementation 
  • Support management skills

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment 
  • Positive Notice Blue Card for working with Children
