About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the development, maintenance and operations of the school systems and resources, and recommending improvements to business processes and procedures.
- Coordinating day to day tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school.
- Developing and interpreting legislation, regulations, procedures and other guideline material relating to operations within the school.
- Prepare and maintain procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration, and activities.
- Contributing to the school’s strategic and operational plans by reviewing legislation, regulations, initiatives, and policies and providing recommendations.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Leading the development, maintenance, and optimisation of systems and resources, constantly identifying and recommending innovative improvements to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Being responsible for the daily operations, balancing workloads, and cultivating a strong sense of teamwork, skill development, and community.
- Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedural guidelines to ensure smooth school operations and adherence to best practices.
- Skilled in overseeing procurement activities, managing budgets, and ensuring resources are used effectively to support a school’s goals.
- Actively contributed to a school’s strategic and operational planning by reviewing policies, regulations, and initiatives, and providing insightful recommendations to drive success.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a relevant discipline.
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.

- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
