Support the marketing and communications goals of the school while contributing to the dynamic growth and operational success! 

  • Location: St John Vianneys - Manly
  • Start date: Commencing January, 2026
  • Work hours: 20 hours per week | Monday - Thursday (Days negotiable)
  • Salary: School Officer Level 2, 32.50 + super (School Salary Scale)
  • Status: Term time | Fixed-term

About the opportunity

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Organising documents and correspondence as directed
  • Responding to inquiries and providing basic information as required
  • Assisting with a range of routine activities and operations across the school
  • Maintaining established systems, processes, and registers
  • Assisting with arranging meetings and other school activities or events.

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including: 

  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills 
  • Good customer service, having experience responding to marketing enquiries 
  • Being able to multitask and provide operational support 
  • Having maintained systems, processes, and registers 
  • Assisted in arranging meetings and events 
  • For this position you are not required to be Catholic. 

 

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements: 

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment 
  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
