Support the marketing and communications goals of the school while contributing to the dynamic growth and operational success!

- Work hours: 20 hours per week | Monday - Thursday (Days negotiable)
- Salary: School Officer Level 2, 32.50 + super (School Salary Scale)

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Organising documents and correspondence as directed
- Responding to inquiries and providing basic information as required
- Assisting with a range of routine activities and operations across the school
- Maintaining established systems, processes, and registers
- Assisting with arranging meetings and other school activities or events.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Good customer service, having experience responding to marketing enquiries
- Being able to multitask and provide operational support
- Having maintained systems, processes, and registers
- Assisted in arranging meetings and events
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
