Summary
Be the driving force behind the planning and delivery of administrative, financial, and daily operations of the school. The Business Manager at St Teresa’s Noosaville oversees the school’s financial operations, facilities management, and administrative support, ensuring resources are effectively aligned to support student learning and wellbeing

- Salary: $137,561.00 - $152,836.00 + super (Business Manager Salary Scale)

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams and school processes, adapting to evolving and future needs of the school.
- Analysing, reviewing and implementing best practice guidelines provided by BCE including implementation of policies, resolution of issues and management of relevant assets.
- Planning and managing any special projects, contractor performance, risk mitigation and ongoing reporting and updates for the school.
- Growing and developing the team to contribute to the overall success and direction of the school/college through inspirational, innovative and inclusive leadership.
- Work closely with the leadership team to deal with significant matters, providing recommendations and specialist advice.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams and adapting school processes to meet evolving needs and future goals.
- Skilled in implementing best practice guidelines, resolving issues and efficiently managing assets.
- Expertise in planning and managing special projects.
- Providing strong and inclusive leadership with a passion for inspiring and developing teams.
- Collaborative partner at the senior leadership team level, offering expert advice and strategic recommendations on key matters.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance or a relevant discipline.
- For this position you are not required to be Catholic
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.
