Summary
Brisbane Catholic Education is seeking an organised and proactive Administration Support Officer to provide high‑quality administrative support to the Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This role plays a key part in supporting compliance, reporting, and the smooth day‑to‑day operation of RTO programs through effective coordination, communication and stakeholder support. You will work closely with the RTO Manager and team to ensure administrative processes are efficient, accurate and responsive to operational needs.

- Salary: $80,318 - $90,762 plus super

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Provide timely and professional administrative support to the RTO Manager and team
- Prepare and coordinate documentation, correspondence and reports
- Manage calendars, meetings, interviews, travel arrangements and minute‑taking
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets and presentations to support business needs
- Coordinate team and committee meetings, including papers and logistics
- Process invoices in line with internal approval processes
- Collect, collate and maintain data from schools and stakeholders to support reporting and compliance
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative matters, including confidential information
- Support an efficient and collaborative team environment by balancing priorities and resolving administrative issues
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Having a strong attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to adherence to policies and procedures.
- Experience in a similar position and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and tasks, undertaking initial investigations, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills to respond to enquiries.
- Professional judgement when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Working closely with a senior staff to provide administrative assistance.
- A qualification in business administration or project management, or experience in a similar role, will be highly regarded.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Ability to obtain a National Criminal History check prior to commencement.
