We are seeking a Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to provide specialist advice and support initiatives that shape organisational culture and employee experience, with a strong focus on organisation‑wide diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) priorities.

This role contributes to BCE’s strategic DEI agenda, including Reconciliation, Inclusive Leadership and Workplace Gender Equality, supporting the consistent embedding of diversity, respect and equity across the organisation.

About the opportunity

 

In this position you will: 

  • Support the development and implementation of organisation‑wide initiatives that promote an inclusive, high‑performing culture and positive employee experience
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advice on culture, employee experience and DEI to leaders and teams, supporting engagement, wellbeing and capability development
  • Collaborate across business areas to support the delivery of strategic culture, employee experience and DEI initiatives aligned to BCE’s People Strategy and broader organisational priorities
  • Contribute to the embedding of Reconciliation, Inclusive Leadership and Workplace Gender Equality initiatives through consistent, practical and scalable approaches
  • Assist in identifying and addressing systemic and operational issues that impact culture, experience and inclusion, contributing to improved team and organisational performance
  • Participate in consultation and co‑design processes with stakeholders to inform initiatives and ensure they are inclusive, fit‑for‑purpose and aligned to organisational context
  • Analyse data and information to identify gaps, trends and opportunities, supporting continuous improvement and alignment to BCE’s culture transformation
  • Maintain effective working relationships to enable knowledge sharing and coordinated delivery of culture, employee experience and DEI priorities
  • Contribute to broader work of the People Strategy, Culture and Experience team as required

About you

You are a people‑centred professional who understands that sustainable DEI and culture change happens through system‑wide alignment, practical implementation and strong partnerships.

You bring:

  • Experience supporting or delivering initiatives across organisational culture, employee experience, HR, OD or DEI
  • Knowledge of, or strong interest in, Reconciliation, Inclusive Leadership and Workplace Gender Equality in complex organisations
  • The ability to work across strategy and delivery, translating priorities into practical outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and communication skills
  • Confidence working with data and insights to inform decision‑making and improvement
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion or a related field are highly regarded but not essential.

 

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements: 

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment 
  • Ability to obtain a National Criminal History check prior to commencement.
