Summary
Join a collaborative project team supporting the Foundations for Success program as the Foundations for Success Impact Assistant, where you will play a key role in capturing, analysing and communicating the impact of professional learning across BCE. Working closely with project leads and stakeholders, you will contribute to the collection and management of qualitative and quantitative data, maintain accurate records across systems, and prepare clear reports and summaries that support program evaluation, dashboard reporting and evidence-based decision-making, while helping ensure insights are accurately captured and translated into meaningful outcomes.

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Provide administrative and project support to capture and record program impact data
- Assist with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis activities
- Maintain accurate records across systems including databases, spreadsheets and NVivo
- Prepare reports, summaries and documentation to support evaluation and decision-making
- Contribute to the development of reporting outputs, including Power BI dashboard content
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries and provide guidance on impact capture processes
- Apply established processes and guidelines to support consistent data handling and reporting
- Prepare summaries of qualitative insights to inform program evaluation and improvement
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Proficiency in Excel and an understanding of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Being adaptable, flexible, proactive, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Working collaboratively with different stakeholders at different levels.
- Confidence working with data systems, spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Ability to analyse and summarise information clearly and effectively
- Experience or interest in qualitative research or data analysis (highly regarded)

- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
