Summary
The Manager – Marketing, Engagement & Digital leads the strategic direction of marketing, engagement and digital across Brisbane Catholic Education to strengthen reputation, drive enrolments and support schools with high-impact, insight-led campaigns. This role brings together system-wide strategy and local execution, shaping how BCE connects with communities, builds trust and delivers a consistent, high-quality presence across all channels. You will play a key role in influencing how the organisation positions itself in a competitive education market and how it engages with diverse audiences to deliver measurable outcomes.

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of system-wide marketing, engagement and digital strategies aligned to organisational priorities and enrolment growth
- Oversee integrated campaigns and go-to-market activity that strengthen brand positioning and support school-level outcomes
- Provide strategic advice and expert guidance to senior stakeholders on marketing, enrolment, digital channels and audience engagement
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement, optimise campaign performance and inform decision-making
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a high-performing, outcomes-focused culture
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to plan and deliver initiatives, ensuring alignment and impact across a large, complex environment
- Manage competing priorities, risks and emerging issues to ensure effective delivery of marketing and engagement activity
- Contribute to leadership, workforce and operational planning, ensuring resources are aligned to deliver measurable outcomes
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Proven experience leading marketing, digital or engagement functions within a complex organisation
- Strong strategic capability, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into impactful campaigns and initiatives
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with confidence influencing at senior levels
- Experience using data and insights to inform strategy, measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve high performance outcomes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to shape clear, compelling messaging across multiple channels
- Ability to navigate complexity, manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in marketing, communications, digital or a related discipline
