Summary

The Marketing and Engagement Coordinator provides advice, consultancy and practical support to enhance the visibility and community presence of Brisbane Catholic Education schools, working collaboratively with school and office stakeholders to support marketing, engagement and enrolment objectives. The role contributes to the development and continuous improvement of marketing and engagement practices, processes and reporting, supports informed decision‑making through research and analysis, and assists in delivering clear, effective communications and materials that strengthen school communities and support broader organisational priorities.

  • Salary: $106,702 - $118,554 plus super

About the opportunity

In this position you will:  

  • Provide practical marketing and engagement advice across operational, administrative and policy‑related matters to support schools and internal stakeholders
  • Support the development, review and improvement of marketing and engagement processes, procedures and reporting to enhance service delivery
  • Research and analyse marketing and engagement practices, trends and issues to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement
  • Prepare clear and professional business documents, reports and operational materials to support initiatives and projects
  • Contribute to problem‑solving activities and manage complex matters within delegated authority where precedents may not be clearly defined
  • Present information and services in a way that engages, influences and guides clients, stakeholders and peers
  • Support collaboration, capability building and knowledge sharing within the team to achieve shared goals  

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:   

  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing, engagement or communications‑focused role, ideally within a complex or service‑driven environment
  • Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to research issues and contribute to practical solutions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating accurate documentation with a high attention to detail.  
  • Confidence contributing to process improvement initiatives and supporting system and service enhancements
  • Investigating issues and concerns and providing advice and information in line with policy and procedures  
  • Relevant certificate or diploma qualifications, or demonstrated experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment 
  • Positive Notice Blue Card for working with Children
