As the Marketing and Engagement Coordinator, you will partner with BCE schools to strengthen their visibility, build community connections and support student enrolment objectives. You will provide practical advice, develop effective marketing approaches and help schools confidently promote their unique stories. Combining creativity, collaboration and strategic thinking, this is an exciting opportunity to influence marketing outcomes and build capability across a large and diverse network of schools.

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Provide practical marketing and engagement advice, consultancy and support to BCE schools
- Research and analyse marketing practices and emerging issues to support informed decision-making
- Develop and improve procedures, guidelines and service approaches that strengthen marketing outcomes
- Prepare business documents, reports and system reporting requirements
- Present information and services in a clear and engaging way to guide and influence stakeholders
- Resolve complex marketing and engagement matters where established processes may not provide a clear solution
- Facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing and training across the team
- Contribute to shared priorities and support the delivery of team goals
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Experience providing practical marketing or engagement advice in a complex, stakeholder-focused environment
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to navigate complex issues
- The ability to communicate information clearly and influence a broad range of stakeholders
- Well-developed written communication skills, including experience preparing reports and business documents
- A collaborative approach and the ability to support capability-building, training and shared team outcomes
- A commitment to continuous improvement and developing effective processes, procedures and services
- Certificate or diploma-level qualifications in a related field, or previous experience in a similar position, which would be highly regarded but is not essential
