Summary
Brisbane Catholic Education is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Advisor – Marketing and Digital Engagement to partner with school leaders across our network and help drive enrolment growth through contemporary digital, website and marketing initiatives. This role will lead and support digital engagement strategies that strengthen school websites, improve the online parent experience, optimise digital channels and deliver data-informed campaigns that connect meaningfully with communities. Working within the Marketing, Engagement and Digital team, you will manage a team of specialists and play a key role in developing frameworks, tools and digital initiatives that build school capability, improve visibility, and support long-term growth across BCE schools.

- Salary: $137,560 - $152,836 plus super

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Provide expert marketing and digital engagement advice to school leaders to support enrolment growth and community engagement outcomes
- Develop and implement strategic marketing frameworks, tools and initiatives tailored to the needs of individual schools
- Lead complex projects that influence organisational direction, policies and operational practices
- Analyse market, enrolment and engagement data to identify trends, provide insights and recommend strategic actions
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, leadership teams and key stakeholders across BCE
- Prepare high-quality reports, business cases, presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Lead, coach and support team members while fostering collaboration and capability development
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance marketing effectiveness and organisational performance
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Extensive experience in marketing, communications, digital engagement or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic marketing initiatives that achieve business objectives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities and influence decision-making
- Proven experience leading projects and managing multiple priorities in a complex environment
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and consulting skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing team capability to achieve high-quality outcomes
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a passion for supporting schools and delivering meaningful impact
- Applicants with tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, and/or significant relevant experience, will be highly regarded
