Summary
Showcase your ability as the Senior Advisor - OD & People Analytics, driving organisational change through process improvements. Reporting directly to the OD, People Analytics, and Change Lead, this role plays a vital part in analysing People and Culture metrics. You will leverage workforce data to deliver actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and driving workforce optimisation.

- Salary: $133,553 - $148,385 + super
- Status: Permanent (continuing)
About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Deliver organisation-wide, fit-for-purpose workforce initiatives to support the organisation’s vision and strategy;
- Analyse People and Culture data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic workforce decisions;
- Develop and embed a comprehensive data analytics framework, including key P&C metrics and scorecards;
- Provide advanced reporting on P&C metrics and scorecard analysis to Executive and Leadership Teams;
- Manage compliance reporting, including Workplace Gender Equity Agency annual submissions;
- Present data insights in clear, professional, and user-friendly formats;
- Perform gap analyses and risk assessments, recommending improvements based on industry best practices;
- Collaborate with IT and Business Intelligence teams to optimise data processes and HR operations;
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient data integration and reporting; and
- Design and implement employee experience surveys to gather insights and enhance the employee lifecycle experience.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Bring prior experience as an Advisor within the OD and People space, where you have contributed to delivering strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analytics is essential, including conducting data gap analyses, performing risk assessments, and developing robust data analytics frameworks
- Leading a variety of projects to meet operational outcomes.
- Analytical in your approach to problem solving.
- Conducted high level reviews and investigations linked to organisational performance.
- Written specialised reports and committee papers on projects you have led.
- Worked with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams in your area of specialty.
- Possess a tertiary qualification or certification in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Ability to obtain a National Criminal History check prior to commencement.
