In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic, high-impact support to school leaders and educators, helping them implement effective pedagogical practices aligned with our strategic priorities and compliance standards. This is a mixed role of office and school based support where you will be actively making a difference in BCE schools in the Brisbane -Metro South area.

• Work hours: Full-time | Flexible working arrangements available 
• Salary: $137,560 - $152,836 plus super 
• Status: Fixed term | Two Positions | 20 April – 17 August 2026

About the opportunity

In this position you will:

• Provide strategic, curriculum-focused advice to influence school direction and operational outcomes
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to analyse priorities and determine organisational needs
• Support the development of teaching expertise across AITSL career stages (e.g. Teacher, Principal) and have experience in building leadership capability in middle leadership positions
• Deliver differentiated support models including instructional coaching, co-teaching, and professional learning networks
• Use school-centric data to challenge perspectives, make informed recommendations, and drive improvement
• Conduct high-level reviews and prepare technical reports on significant projects and research
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to share expertise and deliver outcomes
• Enhance operational performance through subject matter expertise across schools and business areas

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:   

• A deep understanding of curriculum and pedagogical practices
• Have instructional leadership experience and have an expertise in Pedagogy and curriculum
• Proven ability to build capability in educators and school leaders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A commitment to continuous improvement and educational excellence
• Creative thinker and excellent problem solver
• Worked with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams in your area of specialty
• Tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or relevant experience (highly regarded)

Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements: 

• Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
• Full registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT)
