Join a dynamic executive environment within the Education Excellence team, where strong organisational capability and sound judgement make a real impact. This role is ideal for a seasoned Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, solving problems, and keeping priorities moving behind the scenes. Acting as a key partner within the executive function, the position ensures work programs stay on track and outcomes are delivered. It also contributes to creating a highly organised, responsive, and well-connected executive function.

- Salary: $106,702 - $118,554 plus super

About the opportunity
In this position you will:
- Be the primary point of contact for the Executive, triaging requests and managing priorities with discretion
- Manage a complex, high-volume diary to ensure effective use of time and alignment across multiple workstreams
- Provide high-level executive support including briefings, correspondence, reports and presentations
- Support financial administration activities including budgets and reporting requirements
- Prepare and review briefing papers, monitor actions and follow up on key priorities
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and handle complex issues within delegated authority where precedents and procedures are not clearly defined.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive
- Provide guidance and support to administrative team members to drive consistency and best practice
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- Proven experience supporting senior or C-suite executives in a complex environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timeframes
- Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing professional documents and briefings
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to build relationships at all levels
- Proactive and solutions-focused, able to anticipate needs while maintaining high levels of discretion and professionalism
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a similar executive support role
Eligibility and Safeguarding requirements:
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Positive Notice Blue Card for working with Children
