The Customer Solutions team leads BCE's IT project portfolio, acting as the bridge between IT capabilities and customer needs. They ensure that technology solutions enhance customer interactions, improve experiences, and support BCE's growth. The team fosters a culture of continuous innovation through collaboration and transparency, delivering valuable business outcomes across the digital ecosystem.
The Business Engagement team within our Information & Technology function is dedicated to driving transformative initiatives that empower progress and adoption across our organisation. Partnering with our BCE and Cairns’ Schools and head offices, our team harnesses cutting-edge technologies, AI, and best practices to optimise processes, enhance & support user experiences, and ensure the ongoing improvement, integrity, and functionality of our systems. Our mission is to be a trusted partner in driving the success, efficiencies, and growth of our organisation and technology landscape. Our dedicated team of highly skilled System Administrators, Functional Consultants, Business Analysts, & Support Staff, comprised of Business Technology Services, School Technology Services, and Portfolio & Digital Experience manages a wide range of critical systems, including Finance, Payroll, LMS, HRIS, Risk & Compliance, Corporate Intranet, and School Administration & Information systems.
Summary
Showcase your ability as the Senior IT Engagement Officer, driving organisational change through process improvements. Reporting to the Team Leader – Business Technology Services you will be part of a small dynamic team working across the SuccessFactors solution.

- Work hours: 38.00 hours per week | Hybrid working arrangements available
- Salary: $133,554.00 - $148,386.00 + super
- Status: Full Time Continuing

About the opportunity
In this position you will be responsible for:
- Provide comprehensive support for SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing user requests through the Service Desk, including effective triaging, while ensuring the maintainability of the core product.
- Take responsibility for issue resolution, actively participating in testing any changes initiated by our Vendor Partner.
- Offer support for seamless integration with various solutions, including Payroll and LMS.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide support to the existing project team throughout the implementation process, facilitating a smooth operational handover back to our team.
About you
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
- SuccessFactors solution and business process knowledge or multiple HR solutions
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge with SAP and best practices
- Understanding database design, system configuration etc
- Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred) Desirable
- Other Professional SuccessFactors module experience and/or certifications will also be considered (Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, LMS etc.)
- Business analysis
- Product management and release management skills
- Change management implementation
- Support management skills

- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
